hello my son is 3.3 years old. he fell on head while playing he had liltle cough and vomited immediately once. he is fine I mean no other symptoms. just looking for opinion as I have heard that vomiting after falling on head is not good.

A. if baby is not having any vomiting and is baby is normal then no need to worry but if there is any type of vomiting or drowsiness then you should consult a doctor nearby
