Q.

hello my son is 26 months old earlier he pooped in 3 day but now he is constipated all the time can't poop without crying badly..I use to give him fiber supplement but whenever I don't give him fiber supplements he can't poop....what to do...plz help

A. Hello ma’am Then continue giving fibre supplement to your child as that is important apart from that give good amount of fibre rich fruits papaya specially every single morning for breakfast as that should be mandatory in your child’s breakfast teaspoon of honey with warm water right before the bedtime and also prune juice in the morning
