Q.

hello...my son is 21 months old...he is not drinking milk...how much milk is necessary for him??he is taking his food regularly...like ceralac nuts dalia oats roti and vegetables...

A. You can give around 500 ml milk in a day and oats daliya can ge cooked in milk if the child is not taking milk directly and even dough can ge kneaded with milk abd give kheer

A. U. Should try to give at least a minimum of 500 to 700 ML of milk to your child on an every day basis that’s going to be good enough and if you want to go with more than this then you should go ahead with that also otherwise a minimum of 500 to 750 ML is definitely going to be a good idea
