hello my son is 2 years 10 month old suddenly he got red colour rashes in his inside lips what's the reason pls can u tell me ...I have attached the photos ...and any remedies for this pls suggest me ....

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. looking like mouth ulcers. You can also do- -apply a bit of honey on the ulcer. -Give coconut water to your baby. if he us havi6 constipation give fiber rich food n sufficient fluids
