Hello...my son is 11 months old. Is there any kind of maida free biscuits that can be given to him? Will they be good for my baby?

A. Mausi biscuit or not recommended but if you want to go for something then you can go ahead with oat cookies which are basically prepared with the help of jaggery powder or dates in to them and they do not use any kind of refined flour it would be not very easy for you to find them but that’s something that you can give because that’s actually healthy or you can do something which is based on Suji jaggery and dates but not sugar

A. Hello dear parent! Biscuits are high in sugars and preservatives, mostly prepared with refined flour. Try baking some at home with ragi and jaggery mixed. Gradually include all food groups in your child's diet that is healthy and staple in your family. Continue with breastfeeding. Keep Babyhug tummy roll on handy
