Hello, my son is 1.5 year old I just wanted to know that when I can start fish in his diet? and if yes, is any particular fish to be given to him? kindly suggest.

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom as he is one year and above he can be given fish .. as non veg and eggs can be introduced from the age of 8 months onwards as well
