hello my son having cold nd cough nd running noise nd having fever for 4 days. my son now 1 year 3 month. when her fever will go doctor we are all in tension what to do

A. Cough and Cold should be treated only after a proper examination by a doctor as there may be some associated factor . As the first line of treatment you can give steam inhalation CD g which would be helpful . Cough Syp should be given only after a proper evaltuation .
