Hello, my son has fever since one day. Given Paracetamol 125 3ml but the fever repeated after 4 hours so given Paracetamol and mefefenamic acid 250/100 3 ml thrice along with cefodoxmie 50 3 ml thrice but the fever still comes after 6 hours. The doctor said after three days do a blood test.

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. Don't worry sometimes the viral fever comes till 3 to 5 days so repeat the dose after six hours and complete the ciyrseof medicine which is prescribed to your baby and keep baby hydrated

Continue feeding your baby well on demand for better health, nutrition and hydration. Keep your doctor posted about any changes or developments. Good luck and take care.
