Hello My son has fever since 2 days now he is Ok No fever but from yesterday he is not passing urine and potty properly

A. hello. to rekease him from.vonstipationyou can feed himsome prune juice,it is safe, natural laxative for kids. give him lots of fluids to drink and offer fiber rich fruits abd veggies
