Hello my son got fever a101 suddenly and coughing a bit, I have given meftal , not reducing can I give ibuprofen now or should wait for some time

A. Wait for sometime and don’t repeat e dose immediately at least wait for one yo two hours and try giving mire liquids to the baby as it regulates the body temperature
