Hello, my son drinks almost 350ml to 400 ml milk before sleeping. He sleeps while having milk. and even at night he wakes up and asks for milk and if I don't give him he cries a lot . just wanted to ask is it ok to give this much quantity of miln in one go? if not what is the solution .
