Ma’am We always try to provide you best and proper solutions only but it is not necessary that it is always going to fit your criteria but we do try our level best so I will also try to tell you the same thing because my daughter is in the same age as your child is so I would just say That I give proper breakfast lunch and dinner to my child what ever I prepare at home for our self I give the same thing she takes milk two times in a day and one fruit apart from that I don’t give it anything because she eats very properly whenever she is having her meals in your child’s case you can just increase the amount of protein that you are giving to the child that’s going to help and still if you feel that your child is lacking into something you can take an advice from a nutritionist once
