hello..my period cycle length is 31 to 33 days ..I had ovalution test on day 13th that both lines were lighter...what does it means...it means my fertility window has been started or not

No when you have a period cycle normally for 25 to 28 days then this theory is going to be right for the time of 10 to the 14th day but if you have it for about 33 to 35 days and it is I think probably going to be a 16th to the 18th deed and if it is very light and we cannot count it as positive the lights have to be more prominent for you to understand that it is hundred percent ovulating
