hello my niece is 22days old her billurbin is 13.38 3rd day her billurbin is 15.55 as per doctor suggestion she admit in nicu 2days after that her billurbin came in 10.2 but today is again increase plz suggest me what we do.

it takes time to reduce.
just follow instructions as advised by your doctor.
child should be given mother's feed only for early recovery .
rest you should talk to your paediatrician

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Jaundice usually clears up within 2 weeks in formula-fed babies. It may last for more than 2 to 3 weeks in breastfed babies. If your baby's jaundice lasts more than 3 weeks, talk to his health care provider.
