Q.

Hello My mil treat my son like her son, she always behind me to pick him, informing her when he wokeup is order from my husband and her else its a blunder, we never have good terms before my son, i never feel good when pick him, but i understand being a grandmaa she too need to enjoy this phase but she never want my son to be with me...its like i have to flight always to keep my son with me...

A. Hi, If possible speak to your mother in law and explain that you need to spend some quality time with your son and if you think he won't understand you can always take your son out to the play park or for a walk in the evenings as that will give you some time alone with your son. Children need love from parents and grand parents too, so if she wants to do some things for the child let her as you can use that time to rest and at other times you can as i said always step out with your child for a bit. Mother's anyways have a special bond with their mothers so don't worry.

A. You not to worry about it if you will let certain things go then after that your mother-in-law will also start understanding and she will not start pricking so much as she is doing it right now
