Q.
Hello.. my lo is 4 months 12 days . Her birth weight is 2.7 kg and now she is 4.8 kg. Is this weight gain ok or not?? She looks so week but quiet active. She is exclusively brrastfeed.

Gayatri DawdaMom of 4 children4 years agoA. Hi weight is fine for the age do not worry. Try to feed every 2-3 hours. with proper latch technique. Make sure to record weight & height periodically on a. growth chart.

Ur Child has gained approximately 2 KG in these four months which is decent enough 400 g minimum much I should gain in a month so your child is quite near to that thing so don’t worry about that your child has gained approximately 500 g every month which is quite a decent weight
