Q.
Hello, My little one is 04 months old and I have issues regarding her sleep patterns. She doesn’t sleep more than 12 hours a day. On the other hand she prefers to sleep in my arms and the minute I put her on bed she wakes up( we co sleep). My maternity leaves are about to end and I am very worried about her sleep patterns. Please advise and suggest

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 4 years agoA. try to make a proper schedule so that baby sleeps well during night keep your baby awake during day time so that she gets a good pattern about sleeping and let her sleep whenever she wants do not forcefully keep her awake as it may cause irritation to the baby
don't worry about sleeping hours it differs in every individual child
