Q.

Hello, my lil one is 3 months old and she is breastfeeding. Past few days milk secretion has reduced in one breast. I tried various food which increases the milk secretion but no change. Also milk is not sufficient for my baby. What should I do? Do I need to go for formula milk? Please advise.

A. good afternoon before introducing formula I would recommend you to try the last remedy that is try to have Himalaya shatavari powder along with milk twice in a day this will definitely help to improve the milk production
