Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. this appears to be type of neurological pain due to either entrapment of the nerves or due to some type of nutritional deficiency mainly vitamin b12 deficiency..
please meet your doctor because neurological examination and physiccal examination will be required.
for pain you can take paracetamol.
