hello my lad is 5 years is 3 months old ld ... so nce last 3 days he had fever...by grace of God...temp has dropped and there is no fever...since last 2 nights m observing at mid night is temperature is slowly going up his body feels hit on checking it's 100.5 after 4 hours the temp is coming down automatically....he's having very bad cough and cold....s it due to viral fever which he had or else bcoz of cough..???cough also he had since 20 days now ..gave cough syrups and home remedies too ..still no change what to do???plzz help
