Q.

hello my kiddo is 16months old his diet is normal throughout the day bedtime i feed him milk but he passes a lot of urine during night and wakes up again and again bcz if hunger...if i feed him roti/daliya during bedtime again after dinner thn it doesn't get digested to him and again he wakes up.. what can be done ?

A. U See this pattern can happen up till the age of 1 1/2 years because when kids feel hungry during the night time and that’s very normal so you give proper Roti sabji Paratha rise to the child in the night at an early time after two hours give milk and keep a gap of only half an hour in between sleep time in big time so that’s going to help and even if your child wakes up one time in the night you can feed and it’s a good time for you to quit breastfeeding if you really want to get out of this scenario
