Hello my kid has stomach ache which is intermittent since yesterday she had mild fever and body to too for which I had given Ibugesic so the fever subsided but still she has stomach ache .Since we stay in southern part of America getting Indian medicines like as suggested Cyclopam syrup is bit difficult so can you suggest any other medicines or remedies

A. colocaid syrups cc. if there is no relief it is better you see your doctor for proper examination particularly physical examination if there is need for doing investigations to find out the problem and treatment ok
