hello, my kid has fever since 3 days. the fever is on and off .it's coming once in a day and when paracetamol syrup is given fever goes. this type of on and off fever once in a day is it something to worry

A. fever for more than 3 days is not a simple fever and examination is required for the same and you can continue to give the fever medicine like paracetamolx and if needed higher medicine like ibugesic / meftal p. kindly do body sponge and give fluids at regular intervals and regular diet and xmeet the doctor immediately.
