Q.

hello my girl child of six years frequently complains about sting in genitals. Urine routine test 2 days ago came negative for infection and urine culture prior done also came negative every time. doctor suggested may be worm infestation. deworming has been done in January only. can anyone suggest something what it could be. last year also same happened but then doctor said it's nothing children often show such behaviour πŸ˜”.

A. sir we have increased her water intake still no effect. moreover her urine volume has decreased

A. it's not urine infection so give more water as concentrate urine can cause such sensation it is important to follow the instructions opinion advice and medicines course given by your doctor for the problem . they are safe if given by registered medical practitioner. do not take medicines not prescribed by the doctor . take a follow up in few days if it is not improving for need of treatment modification or any lab / radiological investigations.
