Hello my elder son is 4 yrs old nd his weight is 13.4 kg whch is very less even he looks very weak bt is active in evrythng not at all dull.. my problem is he dant eats anythng except some particular thngs even he dsnt have milk properly plz tell how can i increase his weight m very tensed suggest some syrups etc for apetite
