Hello My elder daughter is going to complete 18 months. Can you please help with the list of food that she ‘must’ be eating ?

A. Dear mum, you daughter must be having all seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. You may give eggs and non veg foods if you are non vegetarian eaters. You must add powdered nuts like almonds, walnuts to baby’s food. Give all grains, cereal, pulses. At least 500 ml of milk every day which includes milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Breastfeed baby till 2 years.
