Hello.... my daughter will complete 5 years on 16th July her birth weight was 1.3 n she is still underweight around 12kgs what should I do to gain her weight

A. dear parent, to increase the weight of your 5 years old daughter, give a homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups. grains and millets 4 servings pulses legumes/egg non veg: 1-2 servings seasonal vegetables including green leafy vegetables: 1.5 serving fruits - 1 serving milk and milk products 500ml sugar 4 tsp oil 5 tsp control intake of process packaged food
