A. Ideal weight of a 3 years old girl should be between 13.5 to 14 kgs depending on eating habits and physical activities .To help her gain weight, include fat and protein rich foods like potato, rice, pumpkin, sweet potato, chicken, fish, egg, legumes, banana, milkshakes with dry fruits, avocado, paneer and 500-600 ml milk everyday. Feed her 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks alongwith variety of fluids. Serve in a kiddie bowl, plate or cup with a straw and give in different shapes and colors to make it interesting. Try not to force feed and make eating a fun time.
