hello, my daughter is very weak in legs what should I feed her to make her legs and arms strong so that she doesn't fall again and again

A. dear Mum children learn to walk from 10-12 to 18 months it is a continuous process and consists of developing many skills so do not worry baby will walk fall crawl than again work all these activities strengthen their muscles provide a balanced diet
