Q.

Hello.. my daughter is now 1 year 9month old. These days she is taking feeding frequently, from this she is not eating food properly and my health is also getting weak. so is it ok stop breastfeed at this age..?

A. it's normal during teething phase. start some appetizers and iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day as diet alone can't meet nutritional requirements of a growing child

A. U Should you stop breastfeeding any time after the age of 12 months of birth because that’s a very good age and right age to quit and sincere feeling weak you should absolutely quit breastfeeding and go ahead with having all multivitamin supplements that’s going to be important for you
