Hello. My Daughter is Light temperature since night and also Loose motions since last 3 to 4 days prescript any drops

A. hi give peracetamol drops as per your doctor's prescription or instructions given on packet please keep your child well hydrated give natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk etc more maintain good hygiene using Babyhug multipurpose cleaner
