hello my daughter is just entered into 12 months till now she having formula milk when I feed her packet milk she refuses it can I add milk powder like junior horlicks into milk

A. Hello mom now that she is one year you can introduce animal milk and preferably cows milk as it’s quite similar to mothers milk. Initially try to give plain or add some jaggery .. incorporate milk in some recipes such as kheer etc ..
