Hello..my daughter is having fever since yesterday.... yesterday morning I gave her ibugesic...till night she was lil cranky but also playful and no fever... again at night her temperature increased..so for safer side b4 sleeping I gave her ibugesic....whole night and till afternoon she had no fever...all of sudden she got cranky...n now I'm confused her tummy shows 99.3..n forehead 98.7..is it fever...it started with running nose..plz help

A. baby having fever and is repeated again and again since last one and a half day so better to consult with a pediatrician to know the cause of fever mostly in small baby is urine infection is a common cause
