Q.

Hello, My daughter is going to be 6 year old now. She is a active girl but sometimes she becomes very shy in different circumstances like 1. if her known friends or school friends say hello to her or comes near to her. 2.if someone asks anything (teacher or friend) she will speak in very low pitch and doesn't make any eye contact. 3. Doesn't share what happens in the playground or school. please guide us what we can do to make her feel confident at any kind of surrounding.

A. Hi, at this age they will see others and ammainly at home and learn. So after she comes from school let her eat and sleep so once he wakes up in the evening you can play with her for one hour and then you start sharing what you have done in the day and by seeing her eyes and talking just like a friend. By this way they will also start gradually start talking by making an eye contact and sharing things. All this will take a couple of week or maybe month but they will definitely improve, try to communicate more with the baby sit and do some fun activities, reduce the screen timing.
