Hello! My daughter is four years old. For milk supplements , what protein powders can I start with her. Till now she has been consuming plain sugar milk. Can Complan / Horlicks be given to four years child?

There is not a need of any such supplements at all if she is taking home.made nutritious diet.
Her diet should include probiotics millets and citrus fruits
Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered
Don't use RO water as it's demineralized
use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350
Don't over use senitizer antibacterials antibiotics.
