Hello, My daughter is facing a lot of issues with hard stool. She always refuses to go to the loo and it's painful while pooping, she cries a lot. Kindly suggest what can be done. She is 2 Year and 2 months old

A. Start giving prune juice in the night before sleeping and also give more of liquids and fibre into the diet of the child that is going to be beneficial as that is going to help in easing down the poop and softness into the motion will also be there because of the same
