Q.

Hello, My daughter is 8 months old and in her regular diet I want to add dry fruits. So please guide me which dry fruits and in how much quantity I can add to her diet. Also what should be the frequency?

A. You can give on daily basis. Soak almond, dates, cashew and raisin (all one in number) overnight. Morning peel off the almond skin and make it into fine paste along with other soaked dry fruits. Add this paste to the porridge and give it to the baby. Very Healthy and tasty for babies. You can avoid adding jaggery to this porridge since you are adding dates.

A. you can give dry fruit powder to your child on a daily basis you can actually give three fourth spoon I would recommend you to try to add it to porridge and it can be given to the baby everyday
