hello my daughter is 4yrs she is complaining for throat pain how can I help her she has blocked nose too n cough

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician1 Year agoA. Saline water gargles twice a day should be started abd give her a pinch of mulethi powder mixed with honey twice a day to relieve throat pain and warm liquids should be given like soups and fruits like apple pear can be given
