hello. my daughter is 4 year 2 mnth, she often complaints about stomach ache, on dr advice i hv been giving her duphalac syrup but still she is hvng constipation problem n stomach ache. pls help with some home remedies for constipation. thanks 🙏

A. hello you can give water after every solids which is a must and also gives ve fibre rich food in the diet and include more of fruits which can help to get relief from the constipation and also coconut water will also help to get relief from the constipation
