hello. my daughter is 4 month old she poop twice a day after fever and vaccination. she poop like mucus but yellow sometime. I am confused is it normal or not. also advice me should I give Racecadotril sachet IP to her. ??

Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where sguymptomatic treatment along with management for dehydration is required if loofse motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment
