Hello , my daughter is 3 yrs 8 months old and she still puts her thumb finger in her mouth only while she feels sleepy...tried many times to talk to her but she s not listening and still doing the same..i need advice how to stop her from doing soo as i am worried that she will continue to do so

Maintain hygiene
Maintain hydration
Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
Give your time and attention
Do lots of fun activities together
Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana porridge khichadi curd rice dal rice etc
