hello my daughter is 3 years old she has fever . at 1 oclock I gave her calpol still after two hours she has fever after how much tym I can give her ibugesic plus

A. kindly do tepid sponging ad fever is not reducing... you msy give otcafyer 4 to 6 hours after giving first dose. give ur child lots of water. ok
