hello.. my daughter is 3 years old but still doesn't speak proper sentences.. only few words.. also when she wants to speak sentences she end up talking gibberish which only we understand sometimes and not her school teachers or others. I am very much concerned can anyone tell me how it works in this case? and also any mom going through the same situation ?
