Q.

Hello, My Daughter is 3 months old. she has very good hair and density since birth. But recently we are sensing that she has hair fall and it is too much. Is it normal for a baby to have this hair fall or should I consult a doctor for this?

A. Hello dear parent! Baby’s birth hair called lanugo will gradually reduce by itself in the first few months. As long as your baby is active and healthy, accepting feeds, showing no discomfort symptoms then nothing to worry. Regularly apply coconut oil or almond oil to your child’s hair. Continue breastfeeding your baby well on demand
