Hello, my daughter is 2 years old, she has some watery spots on left palm since 8 to 10 days, why this so?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. kindly apply moisturizing lotion (atogla / cetaphil / physiogel / oilatum) or virgin coconut oil on the skin of the child 4 to 5 times per day andz if the problem still continues for more than two weeks then meet your doctor.
do not apply any type of cream lotion or powder which is causingz allergy on the skin.
