hello my daughter is 2 year 5 months old and feeding breast milk.. since last 2 days she is not eating anything and passing watery stools.. today she passed green watery stool .. is it normal.. i have already given her medicine for diarreha

There could be one percent chance that your child is either having its teeth or suffering with the stomach infection which is why this is happening but I cannot give you a clarity for that you will have to have a full assessment of your child with your doctor at the only can give you clarity and treatment as per the situation
