Hello, my daughter is 2.9 years and she is suffering from stool with some mucus... what are causes and which food is best at this time...plz suggest

A. See if you’re giving any medicine to reduce congestion from the chest and sometimes it comes on the mucus like this and a lot of times it can be associated with stomach infection so better to check with your doctor regarding the situation
