A. it is due to teething. there is itching, pain, drooling of saliva, swelling in the gums, oral finger insertion, irritability and crying during the teething process. with the help of your fingers you can press the gums of the child to decrease the pain as well afs you can give a pacifier but it should be clean. you can give a cold cotton cloth to bite and press between the gums the child is fcrying due to pain then you can give paracetamol which will also help in decrefasing the pain long-term medicine are usually not advisable

A. Teether Can be given to the child you can also give homeopathic tablets number 21 that is also going to help also I’d like to tell you that you can gently massage on the gums of the child with your finger that’s also good option and lastly you can just give paracetamol to the child if it is required is your time is too much irritated paracetamol is going to be a good help
