Q.

Hello,my daughter 2.5 years old is suffering from cold.can I give her sinarest drops?

A. you can give 1 ml twice daily to the child you can go for home remedies like tulsi ginger honey combination which can be diluted with water and given frequently to the child. also u can give turmeric with milk one or two times everyday. give warm water to drink as well as nasal saline drops frequently. avoid giving cold water and cold food or ice cream. try to prevent temperature variations around the child that is from hot to cold and cold to hot environment. keep the child well covered. if the palms and soles of the child are cold then the child is feeling cold and you have to take preventive measures to make the child warm

A. Yup Absolutely 2ML twice a day for minimum three and maximum five days would like to tell you that this is one of the best and the safest and the allergies that can be given to the child and the child is suffering with running nose so go ahead with it and indirect steam is also helpful
