Hello, my child is just 1 year and 1 month old and she have 4-5 white hair... our doctor have given tonoferon drop and multivitamin drop so my question is what type of diet should I give to my daughter and what are the causes?

I have Seen a lot of parents complaining the same thing but here I would like to tell you two things that you cannot reverse the process the grey here are going to there if they already are there okay so of course the doctor and started with iron and multivitamin that’s good and the reason what I mostly believe can be that these days whatever we are eating is adulterated nothing is pure because of that these are the side-effects that the kids are kids kids are getting from the very beginning itself
